The above mentioned data is necessary and, if not provided, the Company will not be able to perform the contract properly.

Direct marketing

For persons over the age of 14 who have provided their contact details and have expressed an interest in receiving information about the goods and/or services offered by the Company, we will send offers for the sale of the Company’s goods or the provision of the Company’s services, newsletters, and other advertising material by electronic means (email, telephone, SMS), ask for opinions, and notify them of the Company’s news.

For the purpose of direct marketing, the Company will process the following personal data: name, surname, workplace, telephone number, email address (mandatory data without which we will not be able to send to you direct marketing communications), date of birth, city, gender. Your data will be processed for the purpose of direct marketing for a period of 3 years from the date of obtaining your consent.

If you have purchased goods or services distributed by the Company and have not objected to receiving direct marketing communications from the Company, we will, on the basis of our legitimate interest, send communications to you by email about goods or services that are similar to the services or goods you have received. In this case, your data will be processed for the purpose of direct marketing for 1 year after the last purchase of the goods or services.

Participation in selections

We collect and process your CV and/or motivation letter and/or any other information you provide ( workplace, email address, date of birth, address, education, surname, telephone number, name, preferred job, date of receipt of CV, personal characteristics, work experience: last workplace, length of service in the workplace, position held, other work experience, proficiency in foreign languages: language, reading, writing, speaking levels, computer skills, other details and reasons, desirable salary) and/or other information provided by you for the purpose of participation in the selection process, on the basis of your consent, which you express to the Company by sending your CV and/or motivation letter. If you do not submit your CV and/or motivation letter, we will not be able to assess your suitability for the position offered.

If you do not express your individual consent to the processing of your personal data after the end of this recruitment process, we undertake to delete and/or destroy your personal data within 6 months of receiving your CV.

On the basis of your consent, we will keep your data for 3 (three) years after obtaining your consent.

Performance of contracts of the Company with contracting parties – legal persons

For the purpose of its legitimate interest to ensure the performance of the Company’s contracts concluded with contracting legal persons, the Company processes personal data of the employees of such persons, i.e. name, surname, email address, telephone number, and content of correspondence. This data shall be stored for the duration of the contract with the contracting party and for a period of 4 (four) years after its expiry.
